VixWix.com will make every effort to fill your order and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. Orders should be received with in 2 to 5 business days from order date. Express deliveries are available at check out.
All orders of stocked items are shipped within 1 business day of order placement. Delivery time will depend on product availability, size or the order, and shipping time. Orders are generally filled and shipped well before 1 business day. However, since many of our products are handmade to order, our craftsman may require additional time to produce the quality products that we demand. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you.
If an ordered item is back ordered, we will notify you. We will full the order when the back ordered item arrives. Partial order shipment is available upon request by sending an email to cs@VixWix.com
You will not be charged additional shipping & handling charges.

For International Orders other than Canada, we only accept payment via Wire Transfer made out in US Dollars.
We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask UPS to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged a $5.00 handling charge that the carrier charges us.
  
Return Policy
Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to VixWix.com within five (5) business days of receiving your order. You must notify VixWix.com Customer Service by email or phone.

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will be given store credit for total amount of purchase.
NOTE: Return Authorization Number is required. Email us at cs@vixiwx.com To obtain your Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Ship back to us via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with Insurance, UPS has automatic insurance of $100 included at no additional charge. Save your tracking number in case we need it.

Damaged Shipments
We carefully pack every order to make sure that it arrives to you undamaged and we have had excellent success in safe deliveries. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- DO NOT ship the package back to us.
- Keep all packaging (including the damaged merchandise) in its original carton for at least 7 business days, since UPS may wish to inspect the package.
- Contact Us! We will contact UPS and ship out a replacement item as soon as possible.
- UPS will contact you to confirm and decide what they want to do with the package.
- UPS will either contact you or us and advise on what procedure to follow.
